The Mammoth Cruiser and Ranger Series coolers are crafted using a roto-molded process, ensuring extreme durability and longevity. Each cooler box and lid undergoes over one hour of manufacturing to create the thick inner and outer walls. A layer of high-quality foam insulation is then added to the lid and walls, forming a high-performance thermal barrier.

The cooler lid features a freezer-grade gasket made of thick rubber, which seals tightly against the rim to prevent any air flow or loss of internal temperature retention. Additionally, thick rubber non-skid feet are included to prevent unwanted sliding and shifting, even in the back of a moving truck or a rocking boat.

All Mammoth premium soft-sided products are constructed with puncture and tear-resistant TPU material, ensuring waterproof and tear-resistant qualities. These products also feature waterproof welded seams for a reliable, high-quality finish that will last for years.
